    Rice pilaf, seasonal vegetables, Mixed greens with champagne vinaigrette, gorgonzola, spiced walnuts, and sliced apples, sour dough bread and butter.
  4. Tequila Marinated Tri Tip & 5oz. Spicy Caribbean Chicken
    12 ear of fresh corn on the cob, homemade chili, potato salad and sour dough bread & butter.

CATERING DEPARTMENT APPETIZER SAMPLINGS

Grilled quesadillas with brie, roasted sweet peppers and served with guacamole. $1.75 - $2.50 per person.

Crab salad stuffed baby endive. $ 1.00 - $2.00 per person.

Mini phyllo egg batter with Bleu cheese, roasted pine nuts. Then baked off and topped with fresh basil. $ 1.50 per person.

Pan seared black bean cakes served with avocado cream sauce. $ 1.00 - $2.00 per person.

Assorted Grilled Sausages with assorted mustards. $1.50 - $2.25 per person.

In-house smoked salmon served with brie and sweet peppers. Either with crackers or baguettes $ 2.25 - $3.50 per person.
